Rights holders

Authors, publishers, platforms and authorised rights holders may email support with the work's URL and evidence of ownership or authorisation. We review every request for removal, correction, attribution or restriction.

Delete your NovelBlush account

You can delete your NovelBlush account and the data linked to it at any time, in the app or by email. The email option works even if the app is no longer installed on your device.

In the app

1. Open NovelBlush and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to Profile > Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted permanently and can't be restored.

By email

1. Email novelblush89@gmail.com with the subject Delete my NovelBlush account. Send it from the email address linked to your account, or include that address in your message. Never send your password or a one-time code.
2. We reply within 2 working days to confirm the request came from you.
3. We delete your account and the data listed below within 20 days of your request, then email you to confirm it's done.

Data we delete

Whichever option you use, we delete the following within 20 days:

• Account details such as your email address, display name and sign-in identifiers
• Your library, bookmarks, reading history and reading progress
• Your genre choices and recommendation settings
• Your coin balance, rewards and VIP status. These can't be restored or transferred.
• Device and notification identifiers linked to your account

Data we keep, and for how long

• Purchase and subscription records (order ID, item, date, amount): kept for up to 10 years for tax and accounting, then deleted.
• Server security logs (IP address, device type, access times): kept for up to 24 months for security and fraud prevention, then deleted.
• Backup copies: removed within 30 days as backups are replaced.
• Anonymous statistics that can't be linked back to you may be kept.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play subscriptions or App Store subscriptions.
